电动葫芦(以下简称葫芦)的控制箱一般通过电器架安装固定在电动小车上。此种方式安装的控制箱在化工行业的长期使用中事故率高,维修难度大,原因是:(1)葫芦一般是在其它设备检修时配合吊装用,而在正常生产时闲置不用。由于控制箱位于高空,各种化工气体和细尘直接对控制箱进行腐蚀,造成电器开关机械部分锈死,不能动作或绝缘损坏发生短路;(2)遇故障时,维修人员须登梯作业,既不方便也不安全,而且高空的各种气体浓度和温度远远大于地面,也是维修人员无法克服的。根据以上原因笔者将控制箱转移,安装固定在葫芦运行厂房中间部位的墙壁上,所有至电机的负荷线用多股橡皮软线,通过滑轮接至各运行电机。
