竹粉改性橡胶复合材料的制备及性能研究

分别以三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)和丁苯橡胶(SBR)作为基体,改性竹粉(m-BP)作为填料,制备了竹粉改性橡胶材料,研究了m-BP改性橡胶材料的硫化特性及力学性能。结果表明:m-BP可降低胶料的可塑性,提高硫化胶的模量;m-BP用量为30 phr时,EPDM/m-BP和SBR/m-BP复合材料的力学性能最好;在-60~60℃内,EPDM/m-BP复合材料比SBR/m-BP的阻尼性能好,在0~200 Hz内,EPDM/m-BP具有较大的储能模量(E’),但其tanδ值较小。 EPDM and SBR were used as matrix and modified bamboo powder (m-BP) as filler to prepare bamboo powder modified rubber materials.
