本发明背景在辐射传感器和传感器系统方面,以前的传感器要么是不能抑制背景辐射的积分式装置,要么在高功率脉冲激光器工作波长范围内量子效率低。为了克服传感器的这些不足,以前的一些传感器系统使用两个传感器,一个是用来传感目标辐射的被动传感器,另一个则是用来传感激光照射目标的传感器。这些系统的缺点是:为了减少瞄准轴线不一致程度,其光学装置必须是两个传感器通用的,而光程又必须用分光器分开,这样就降低了光的透射量。
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION In the case of radiation sensors and sensor systems, prior sensors are either integral devices that can not suppress background radiation or have low quantum efficiency over the operating wavelength range of high-power pulsed lasers. In order to overcome these shortcomings of the sensor, some of the previous sensor systems used two sensors, one is a passive sensor for sensing the target radiation and the other is a sensor for sensing the laser irradiation target. The disadvantage of these systems is that in order to reduce the degree of misalignment of the aiming axis, the optical device must be common to both sensors and the optical path must be separated by a beam splitter, which reduces the amount of light transmitted.
