本刊以开发人力资源、服务社会、报效国家、造福人民为宗旨,广纳团体和个人作为会员。本刊将开辟“会员档案”、“会员之声”、“会员论坛”等栏目,及时反映会员单位提供的有关人事制度改革、人力资源开发的经验、做法及专题论述,定期与会员交流信息。 1.会员可分为团体会员和个人会员两种。凡企业、事业单位和国家政府部门中从事人力资源管理开发的人事、劳动、组织、教育培训等机构都可成为团体会员; 凡企业、事业单位、社会团体和政府机关中从事人力资源管理和开发的专家、学者、中级职称以上的专业人员和管理人员均可成为个人会员。
