本文报告前房非磁性异物摘除术中一种可保持前房、避免进行角膜缘大切口的显微手术。在异物所在象限作角膜缘小切口,应用粘弹性物质(甲基纤维素或玻璃酸钠注射液)形成前房,用异物镊(有时用显微手术镊)在显微镜监视下夹取异物,治疗14例14眼,均获得成功。术后随访3个月,除3例(术前原有外伤性白内障2例,视神经损伤1例)术后视力下降者,余11例中9例术后视力提高,2例术后视力同术前。术后无出现角膜内皮持续水肿、白内障等严重并发症。本文方法可减少对角膜内皮、虹膜、晶体的损伤机会,且可减小切口,术后散光少,我们认为本方法是一种摘除前房非磁性异物的安全、有效的方法。
This article reports anterior chamber non-magnetic foreign body excision of the anterior chamber to maintain, to avoid the large corneal limbal microsurgery. Small limbal incision in the quadrant of the foreign body, the application of viscoelastic material (methyl cellulose or sodium hyaluronate injection) to form anterior chamber, foreign body tweezers (sometimes with microsurgical forceps) under the microscope to capture foreign body, the treatment 14 cases 14 eyes, were successful. After 3 months of follow-up, except for 3 cases (2 cases of traumatic cataract and 1 case of optic nerve injury), the visual acuity decreased after operation in 9 cases, 9 cases improved visual acuity after operation, 2 cases had postoperative visual acuity before. No postoperative corneal endothelial edema, cataracts and other serious complications. This method can reduce the corneal endothelial, iris, crystal damage opportunities, and can reduce the incision, less postoperative astigmatism, we believe that this method is a removal of anterior chamber non-magnetic foreign body a safe and effective method.
