我国碳排放权交易试点自2011年启动以来,各项工作进展顺利。2013年6月深圳市正式启动上线交易,截至2013年11月,累计交易量超过13万吨二氧化碳,交易金额超过人民币850万元。下一步,将从我国不同地区的实际情况出发,组织开展多层次、多样化的试点示范工作,还将研究建立全国碳排放权交易市场,大力推进生态文明建设,加快转变经济发展方式,促进我国绿色低碳发展。
Since the launch of China’s carbon emissions trading pilot in 2011, all the work has progressed smoothly. In June 2013, Shenzhen officially launched the online trading. As of November 2013, the cumulative trading volume exceeded 130,000 tons of carbon dioxide and the transaction value exceeded RMB8.5 million. The next step will be based on the actual situation in different regions of our country and organize multi-level and diversified pilot projects. We will also study the establishment of a national carbon emission trading market, vigorously promote the building of an ecological civilization, accelerate the transformation of economic development mode and promote the development of our country Green low-carbon development.
