随着社会的不断发展,人们日益关注并且维护自己的权利,然而司法鉴定费用依然是横亘在弱势群体与权利保障之间的一座大山,为了保护弱势群体的利益,国家以及社会对弱势群体的司法鉴定进行救助,这使很多人维护了自身的合法权益。然而,司法鉴定救助规则仍亟待完善,以期使更多的人受益于司法鉴定救助。因此本文主要研究司法鉴定救助制度的立法状况,力求为中国司法鉴定救助的立法提供建议和帮助。
With the continuous development of society, people pay more and more attention to and safeguard their own rights. However, the cost of forensic examination is still a mountain lying between the disadvantaged groups and the protection of their rights. In order to protect the interests of vulnerable groups, the state and the judiciary Identification of the rescue, which makes many people maintain their own legitimate rights and interests. However, the forensic legal aid rules still need to be perfected in order to make more people benefit from the forensic aid. Therefore, this paper mainly studies the legislative status of judicial aid system and tries its best to provide suggestions and help for the legislation of China’s judicial identification and assistance.
