肝细胞生长因子是由分子量35kD和70kD的两条多肽链组成的蛋白因子,存在于肝脏与肝外多种组织和细胞,其受体是c-met癌基因产物。肝细胞生长因子具有刺激肝细胞分裂、促进细胞运动、启动肝再生等多种生理作用,是一种作用广泛的细胞因子。
