目的探讨睾丸扭转的诊治方法。方法回顾总结26例睾丸扭转患者的诊治资料,分析总结体会。结果 26例经手术证实与术前彩色多普勒超声检查(CDS)诊断一致。9例行手术复位、固定,17例行患侧睾丸切除,所有病例均行对侧睾丸固定术。18例随访6～12月,其中9例行手术复位固定者,2例出现睾丸萎缩。10例为成年人行精液分析,8例生精正常,2例生精低下。结论考虑睾丸扭转时,应首选CDS检查,治疗上应尽快手术探查,根据具体情况决定行复位固定或切除术。
Objective To explore the diagnosis and treatment of testicular torsion. Methods The diagnosis and treatment of 26 patients with testicular torsion were reviewed and summarized. Results 26 cases were confirmed by surgery and preoperative color Doppler ultrasound (CDS) diagnosis. Nine patients underwent surgical resection, fixation, 17 cases of ipsilateral orchiectomy, all cases underwent contralateral testicular fixation. Eighteen cases were followed up from June to December, of which 9 cases underwent surgical resection and fixation, and 2 cases showed testicular atrophy. Seminal fluid analysis was performed in 10 cases of adults, with 8 normal spermatozoa and 2 low spermatozoa. Conclusion When considering testicular torsion, CDS examination should be the first choice. Surgical exploration should be carried out as soon as possible. According to the specific situation, it should be determined by reduction, fixation and resection.
