随着我国经济快速发展和经济结构的改善,以农业大省著称的江西,农民工外出务工的构成和就业分布、劳动力价格水平、就业和生活环境也发生了变化。在外务工总体收入呈上升趋势的同时,农民工家庭收入和支出也发生较大的变化,对金融服务需求日益多元化。本文通过对江西省80个县的344户有农民工的家庭进行入户调查,对此进行了分析,同时提出了政策建议。
With the rapid economic development in our country and the improvement of economic structure, the composition and employment distribution of migrant workers in Jiangxi, a province known for their large agricultural provinces, have also changed the level of labor force, employment and living environment. While the overall income of migrant workers is on an upward trend, the income and expenditure of migrant workers' families have also undergone major changes and their demand for financial services has been increasingly diversified. Based on the survey of 344 households with migrant workers in 80 counties of Jiangxi Province, this paper analyzes the problems and puts forward the policy recommendations.
