中部地区某高校学生口腔健康知识与行为调查

目的调查某高校学生口腔健康知识知晓情况、口腔卫生实践情况,为开展口腔健康教育提供基线资料。方法设计问卷,采用随机整群抽样的方法,抽取8个班级中436名不同年级学生进行问卷调查。调查内容包括3个大项:基本情况(性别、生源地)、口腔健康知识知晓情况、口腔卫生实践情况。结果 “含糖食品为龋病病因”及“牙龈出血为牙周病的表现”知晓率较高,对含氟牙膏的认识情况也较好,但对牙菌斑、牙结石和牙线的知晓率较低。口腔卫生实践中刷牙次数和正确刷牙方式的实践情况较好,但仅少数学生能够定期口腔检查、定期洁牙、口腔不适及时就医。性别和生源地是口腔健康知识知晓与口腔卫生实践情况的影响因素。结论该校学生口腔健康知识的知晓情况和口腔卫生实践情况还存在不足,口腔健康教育亟待加强。 Objective To investigate the status of oral health knowledge and oral hygiene practice in a college student and to provide baseline information for oral health education. Methods The questionnaire was designed. A random cluster sampling method was used to select 436 students of different grades from 8 classes to conduct questionnaire survey. Survey includes three major items: the basic situation (gender, origin), oral health knowledge, oral hygiene practice. Results “sugary foods for the cause of dental caries ” and “gingival bleeding for the performance of periodontal disease ” awareness of higher awareness of fluoride toothpaste is also better, but the plaque, calculus and The awareness of dental floss is low. Practice in oral hygiene practice brushing times and the correct way of brushing is better, but only a small number of students to regular oral examination, regular dental cleaning, oral discomfort timely medical treatment. Sex and provenance are factors that influence the oral health knowledge and oral hygiene practice. Conclusion The students’ knowledge of oral health and the practice of oral hygiene are still inadequate. Oral health education needs to be strengthened.
