以扬麦158(Triticum aestivum L.cv.Yangmai 158)为试验材料,运用SDS聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳(SDS-PAGE),研究小麦萌发过程中蛋白亚基的消长规律,从亚基水平研究NaHS对萌发早期小麦种子中β-淀粉酶活性的影响。通过试验发现并不是所有的蛋白都参与了根和芽的形成,有些蛋白在小麦萌发早期含量趋于稳定,而有些蛋白则是先消失再重新合成。在小麦萌发早期NaHS能促进小麦的萌发,而赤霉素(GA)不起促进作用。
In this study, Triticum aestivum L.cv.Yangmai 158 was used to study the growth and distribution of protein subunits during wheat germination using SDS polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE). NaHS Effects of β-Amylase Activity in Wheat Germinated at Early Germination. It was found through experiments that not all proteins are involved in the formation of roots and buds. Some of the proteins tend to be stable in the early stage of wheat germination, while others disappear and then re-synthesized. NaHS can promote the germination of wheat in early wheat germination, while gibberellin (GA) can not promote the growth of wheat.
