从理论与工程相结合的角度剖析了一系剪切型橡胶弹簧失稳的力学原理,提出了改善橡胶弹簧稳定性的基本思路和可行措施,并在此基础上,对某型橡胶弹簧进行了优化设计及工艺制造改进。分析与试验表明,新结构、新工艺的橡胶元件与原产品相比,在工程可能的极限载荷下可有效确保稳定性。
The mechanics principle of a series of shearing rubber spring instability is analyzed from the view of theory and engineering. The basic ideas and feasible measures to improve the stability of the rubber spring are put forward. On the basis of this, Optimized design and manufacturing improvements.
