The basal diet was used as the control, 1% Lukangyuan (test group Ⅰ), 1% Lukangyuan + 0.1% biotin (test group Ⅱ), 0.1% biotin (test group Ⅲ), 2 % Small peptides (group Ⅳ) were fed continuously for 300 days after initial feeding of 300 g Carassius auratus gibelio with initial body weight of 60 g for 60 days. The growth, intestinal digestive enzyme activity and serum superoxide dismutase Enzyme (SOD), catalase (CAT) activity. The results showed that: (1) The weight gain rate (WGR) in group Ⅲ and Ⅳ was significantly higher than that in control group (P <0.05) and the feed efficiency was significantly lower than that in control group (P <0.05) The difference between the control group was not significant (P> 0.05). (2) The activities of intestine protease and amylase in test groups Ⅲ and Ⅳ were significantly higher than those in control group (P <0.05), and there was no significant difference in the activity of lipase between control group and test group Ⅲ (P> 0.05) Intestinal protease activity was significantly higher than the control group (P <0.05). (3) The activities of serum SOD in test group Ⅱ were significantly higher than those in control group (P <0.05), but no significant difference was found between the activities of SOD and CAT in test group Ⅱ (P> 0.05) , CAT activity was significantly higher than the control group (P <0.05), the experimental group Ⅳ and the control group difference was not significant (P> 0.05). The results showed that the test group Ⅲ showed obvious growth-promoting and anti-oxidant effects. The test groups Ⅰ and Ⅱ had obvious anti-oxidation effects on the test fish, and the test group Ⅳ had the best growth.
