目的 :建立咳喘宁胶囊中盐酸野罂粟碱的含量测定方法。方法 :采用HPLC测定咳喘宁胶囊中盐酸野罂粟碱的含量 ,采用C18柱 ,乙腈 甲醇 磷酸三乙胺缓冲液 (15∶10∶75 ) pH3 .0为流动相 ,检测波长为 2 6 1nm。 结果 :平均加样回收率为97.5 % ,RSD为 1.16 %。结论 :本法操作简便、易行 ,具有实用性
Objective : To establish a method for determination of the content of Papaverine Hydrochloride in Kechuanning capsule. Methods : HPLC was used to determine the content of quercetin hydrochloride in Kechuanning Capsules. The mobile phase was acetonitrile methanol triethylamine phosphate buffer (15:10∶75) pH3. The detection wavelength was 261 nm. Results: The average recovery rate was 97.5 % with an RSD of 1.16 %. Conclusion : This method is simple, easy to operate and practical
