在社会的发展和进步过程中,办公室作为一个综合管理部门,对整个企业或是单位的发展和管理有着十分重要的影响和作用。而在企业和单位办公室的发展过程中,接待工作也是一项比较基础性的工作,这项工作要求我们要尽量做到精益求精,只有将细节做到更好,才能保证办公室的正常工作和运行不受到影响。作为国家实验室中的工作人员,可以说办公室的接待工作不仅考验了我们工作的协调性,又对我们的综合管理水平有着十分严格的要求。基于此,本文笔者将围绕着精细化管理在办公室接待工作中的应用进行研究和详细的分析,希望对国家实验室的发展和运行起到更大的帮助作用。
In the process of social development and progress, the office as an integrated management department has a very important influence and effect on the development and management of the entire enterprise or unit. In the process of the development of enterprises and office units, the reception work is also a relatively basic work, this work requires that we try our best to be better, only to make the details better, in order to ensure the normal office work and run affected. As a staff member in a national laboratory, it can be said that the reception work in the office not only tests the coordination of our work but also places very strict demands on our overall management level.
