由于静脉性阳萎患者仅结扎背深静脉远期疗效令人失望,而进行海棉体深静脉和阴茎脚静脉结扎往往产生阴茎皮肤知觉丧失、长度变短、弯曲、血肿形成等合并症,作者采用经皮穿刺阴茎背深静脉使用铂螺簧及硬化剂栓塞静脉治疗静脉漏性阳萎,有17例患者在局麻下成功施行了此技术。方法是:首先用Jopamidol显示出前列腺静脉丛和阴部内静脉,然后插入小导管,用铂螺簧堵塞海棉体出口、脚静脉近心端,远端再用铂螺簧及1～3.5ml的硬化剂(Varicocid注入。术后严格卧床24小时,10天之内不得性交。本组随访最长者23个月,6例有性交能力,5例需附加海绵体注射,总成功率为65%,5例无效,但其中2例阴茎增大,1例失访。术后有局部血肿或水肿,但无栓塞物引起血循堵塞或完全性盆腔 Due to the long-term curative effect of venous impotence ligation only in the dorsal veins, disappointing long-term curative effects of deep sea cupping and penile vein ligation often result in penile skin loss of consciousness, shorter length, flexion and hematoma formation.
