转炉冶炼低碳钢水时终点残锰控制着钢水和炉渣的氧化性,对提高转炉终点残锰进行了工业试验的研究。结果表明在低锰铁水条件下,转炉冶炼终点前5min加入含锰渣料,终点残锰量可达到0.20%(质量分数)以上;终点残锰每提高0.01%(质量分数),可降低钢水中氧的质量分数为0.000 6%~0.000 8%;终点钢水残锰量从0.06%(质量分数)提高到0.25%(质量分数),炉渣中的(FeO)的质量分数下降约5%~7%。
