单一的知识主导教育思维已无法满足当今时代发展的人才需求,素质全能型人才和创新型人才已然成为企业、公司争相挽留和挖掘的对象。传统应试教育显然略拙于此,个性人才培养的表现并不突出,所以,高等教育以及人才教育部门有必要在争取成绩的同时渗透给学生独立自主的思维和开拓创新的学习方式,一方面,拥有较强的思维能力不仅有利于学生学习速率的提高,还可以健全学生自主学习和思考的能力进而带动学生的学习热情,激发学生的学习兴趣,让学生成为课堂的主人、知识的强者。
