女,58岁。于1991年3月以慢性活动性肝炎收住感染科。既往未用过抗栓酶3号,无药物及食物过敏史。体检一般状态尚可,无黄疸,心肺未见异常,肝肋下2.0cm,质中等度硬,有触痛,脾无肿大,无腹水。实验室检查:GPT 240u,ZnTT25u,TTT 22u,HBsAg+,HBeAg+,抗HBc+。血流变检查血粘度高,作抗栓酶3号(大卫药制备字8911—1—37号)皮试(一),给予抗栓酶3号0.5u加入0.85％生理盐水250ml中静滴,口服益肝灵、护肝片及维生素丸,患者于用药第10天出现复视,伴有乏力,颈项疼痛,双上肢活
