高等学校的学报是以反映科研学术成果为主体,以从事科学研究和教学工作者为主要读者对象的,因此高校学报以其学术性为其主要特征。它是反映一个学校的科研水平高低的重要标志,并推动教学和学术研究的发展。因此学报在期刊杂志中有着特殊的地位。可以这样说,它是学术性、科学性和研究性济身于一体的高层次刊物。因此在学报上出现文字、标点差错,本身就会使得人们不与其它刊物一样看待,而是另眼相看,此其一。
