目的:探讨凋亡相关基因Fas与EB病毒感染及鼻咽癌发生的关系。方法:应用免疫组化和PCR技术分别检测46例鼻咽癌组织中Fas和EB病毒潜伏膜蛋白(LMP-1)的表达水平及EB病毒DNA。结果:鼻咽癌中Fas阳性率为37.0%,较良性病变明显低,Fas表达与细胞分化有关;EB病毒DNA和LMP-1阳性组中Fas表达率明显低于阴性组。结论:Fas表达异常可能与鼻咽上皮癌变有关;EB病毒对Fas表达可能有抑制作用。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between apoptosis-related gene Fas and Epstein-Barr virus infection and nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Methods: The expression of Fas and Epstein-Barr virus latent membrane protein (LMP-1) and Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) DNA in 46 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma were detected by immunohistochemistry and PCR. Results: The positive rate of Fas in nasopharyngeal carcinoma was 37.0%, which was significantly lower than that in benign lesions. The expression of Fas was related to cell differentiation. The positive rate of Fas in EBV DNA and LMP-1 positive group was significantly lower than that in negative group. Conclusion: The abnormal expression of Fas may be related to the carcinogenesis of nasopharyngeal epithelium. EB virus may inhibit the expression of Fas.
