“正义不仅要实现,而且要以人们看得见的方式实现”。当前,我国检察委员会委员回避制度规定的不完善,存在诸多弊端,使仅仅依靠检察委员会委员的自律来实现的回避制度形同虚设。建立检察委员会信息告知制度、完善刑事回避制度、坚持部门利益规避原则、变更“检察长的回避”的决定权以及建立检察委员会委员退出机制,有利于严格贯彻执行检察委员会委员回避制度,保障检察委员会决策的公正性和高效性,确保检察权依法正确行使,促进检察事业科学发展。
