为了研究枯叶覆盖对麻栎(Quercus acutissima)实生苗叶绿体色素含量及光响应的作用,开展田间试验对麻栎叶片光合生理指标进行研究。结果表明:枯叶覆盖处理可以明显提高麻栎实生苗叶片总叶绿素和类胡萝卜素含量对净光合速率的作用系数,使得麻栎实生苗对不同强度光照的光合响应能力更显著。将枯叶覆盖处理与土壤养分管理相结合,可以保障麻栎实生苗叶片光合功能正常发挥,促进苗木干物质积累与生长。
In order to study the effect of the coverage of dead leaves on chloroplast pigment content and photoresponse of Quercus acutissima seedlings, field experiments were conducted to study the photosynthetic physiological indices of Quercus acutissima seedlings. The results showed that the dry leaf coverage could significantly increase the effect coefficient of total chlorophyll and carotenoid content on net photosynthetic rate in the seedlings of Quercus acutissima seedlings, which made the photosynthetic response of Quercus acutissima seedlings to photosynthesis at different intensities more significant. The combination of dead leaf cover and soil nutrient management can ensure the normal photosynthetic function of seedlings and promote the accumulation and growth of seedlings dry matter.
