目的:建立镇静安神类中成药及保健食品中非法添加地西泮等14种化学成分的GC-MS检测验证方法。方法:采用甲醇提取,用DB-5MS交联弹性毛细管石英柱(30 m×0.32 mm×0.25μm)进行分离,于NIST107质谱库中检索定性信息。结果:4种巴比妥类和10种苯并二氮卓类能在基线分离,并在镇静安神类中成药及保健食品中检出非法添加的化学成分。结论:本方法准确、灵敏、迅速,是中成药及保健品中非法添加的地西泮等14种镇静催眠化学成分筛查验证的快速可靠方法。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for the determination of 14 chemical constituents such as diazepam illegally added to traditional Chinese medicines for calming the nerves and health food by GC-MS. Methods: Methanol extraction was used to separate qualitative data with NIST107 mass spectrometry database using DB-5MS cross-linked elastic capillary quartz column (30 m × 0.32 mm × 0.25 μm). RESULTS: Four barbiturates and ten benzodiazepines were separated at baseline and illicitly added chemicals were detected in calming and soothing Chinese medicines and health foods. Conclusion: The method is accurate, sensitive and rapid. It is a fast and reliable method to screen 14 kinds of sedative and hypnotic chemical constituents such as diazepam illegally added in traditional Chinese medicine and health care products.
