电气设备系统在物业公用设施领域当中占据的地位较为重要,高质量高效率的加工电气设备领域当中的管理和维修工作妥善的完成,可以使得房屋物业使用质量得到一定程度的提升,并在此基础之上使得我国社会各个领域中提出物业使用需求得到满足,但是现阶段我国房屋物业电气设备管理和维修领域当中存在一定的问题,笔者依据实际工作经验及相关文献资料的记载,针对我国房屋物业电气设备管理及维修领域中存在的问题进行分析,并提出了与之相对应的应对措施,希望可以在今后相关的工作人员对这个问题进行分析的时候起到一定程度的借鉴性作用,最终在我国社会经济发展进程向前推进的过程中做出一定的贡献。
