各位代表:受毛昭晰理事长的委托,我向大会作学会第五届理事会工作报告。自1998年10月浙江省图书馆学会第五届理事会成立以来,我们已经走过了五年的历程。这五年中,正逢国家社会经济高速发展的最好时期,图书馆事业也受到党和国家的重视而得到了快速的发展。据不完全统计,全省已经和将要建设的大中型图书馆有70余所;改善条件,增加投入的馆更是比比皆是;图书馆人奋发有为,大力拓展服务空间,大量使用高新技术,取得了不凡的业绩。
