目的 :研究神经内分泌标记神经特异性的烯醇化酶 (NSE)、嗜铬粒蛋白 (CG)和突触素 (SYN)在功能性胰岛细胞瘤中的表达及意义。方法 :用链菌素亲生物蛋白 过氧化物酶法 (S P法 )对 2 1例功能性胰岛细胞瘤、3例胆管癌和癌旁组织石蜡标本进行了NSE、CG和SYN免疫组织化学研究。结果 :2 1例功能性胰岛细胞瘤中NSE、CG和SYN的阳性表达分别有 19、15和 18例 ,阳性率分别为 90 %、72 %和 85 % ;3例胆管癌和癌旁组织表达呈阴性。 2 1例功能性胰岛细胞瘤中 ,2 0例 3种标记物至少有 1种呈阳性表达。结论 :NSE、CG和SYN是功能胰岛细胞瘤的较特异的肿瘤标记物 ,联合检测有助于提高检测的敏感性。
Objective: To investigate the neuroendocrine marker neuron specific enolase (NSE), chromogranin (CG) and synaptophysin (SYN) in the expression of functional islet cell tumor and its significance. Methods: NSE, CG and SYN immunohistochemistry were performed on 21 cases of functional islet cell tumor, 3 cases of cholangiocarcinoma and para-cancerous paraffin by streptavidin-bioprosperoxidase method (S P method). RESULTS: The positive expression rates of NSE, CG and SYN in 21 cases of functional islet cell tumor were 19, 15 and 18, respectively, the positive rates were 90%, 72% and 85% respectively. The expression of NSE, Negative. Of the 21 cases of functional islet cell tumor, at least one of 20 kinds of 3 markers showed positive expression. Conclusion: NSE, CG and SYN are specific tumor markers for functional islet cell tumor. Combined detection may be helpful to improve the sensitivity of detection.
