顶岗实习是高职院校教学实践中不可或缺的环节,是培养学生职业能力的重要途径,是以就业为导向的职业教育深化教学改革的产物。可是在实际操作当中顶岗实习成为学校的挣钱工具,不能有效地提升学生的能力,造成学生顶岗实习的忠诚度很低。本文是以企业的视角,针对高职院校市场营销专业顶岗实习进行剖析,进一步提出解决的措施。
Internship is an indispensable link in the teaching practice of higher vocational colleges. It is an important way to train students’ occupational ability. It is also a product of deepening the reform in vocational education based on employment. However, in practice, internships as internships to become the school’s money-making tools, can not effectively enhance the ability of students, resulting in low internship in post-graduate loyalty. This article is based on the perspective of enterprises, vocational colleges marketing professional internship analysis, and further proposed solutions.
