我国城乡一体化发展是从经济发达地区开始的,对城乡二元结构的突破首先是从经济领域开始的。城乡经济和产业的一体化发展是奠定城乡一体化格局的基础。城乡产业一体化发展是改革开放以来工业化历程的必然结果,是发达地区的工业化进程从城乡并行工业化阶段转入城乡一体工业化阶段的合理延伸。城乡产业一体化发展的特征是城市产业功能与集体建设用地有机结合。发达地区需要解决原有规制下的突出矛盾,进行经验总结和理论提炼,探索城乡一体化发展的有效路径。
The integration of urban and rural areas in our country started from economically developed areas. The breakthrough in the dual structure of urban and rural areas started with the economic field first. The integrated development of urban and rural economy and industry is the basis for laying an integrated urban-rural pattern. The integrated development of urban and rural industries is the inevitable result of the industrialization process since the reform and opening up and is a rational extension of the process of industrialization in developed areas from the stage of parallel industrialization of urban and rural areas to the stage of industrialization of urban and rural areas. The characteristic of the integrated development of urban and rural areas is the organic combination of urban industrial functions and collective construction land. The developed regions need to solve the outstanding contradictions under the original regulations, carry out the experience summary and theoretical refinement, and explore an effective path for the integration of urban and rural areas.
