涉法涉诉信访是近年来随着我国经济发展而产生的一个社会热点问题,具有鲜明的本土化特色。作为公民表达利益诉求的一种传统方式,涉法涉诉信访涉及诸多社会焦点问题,不容回避,且处置难度较大。应从涉法涉诉信访的概念特点、成因分析、司法实践和改革创新四个方面进行探索,提出完善该制度的一些具体措施。 Law-related petition letters and complaints in recent years with the economic development of our country as a social hot issues, with distinct local characteristics. As a traditional way for citizens to express their interest demands, the law-related petitions involve many social issues that can not be avoided and are difficult to handle. It should be explored from four aspects: the concept and characteristics of litigation and petition involving letters and visits, the analysis of causes, the judicial practice, and the reform and innovation, and put forward some concrete measures to improve the system.
