2001年11月10日,卡塔尔多哈落下的小槌将中国正式带入了WTO的大门。10年间,在世贸组织“开放和规则”的推动下,中国成为世界第二大经济体,在国际贸易、引进外资和对外投资方面,与国际成员一起取得了共赢的发展。在令世人瞩目的对外贸易成就背后,是中国法治的完善与进步给予的强力支撑。入世,不仅助推了中国改革开放的进程,而且深刻影响了中国的立法、司法,推动了法治政府建设,一批专业化的法律人才队伍逐渐形成。
On November 10, 2001, a young mallet from Doha, Qatar, formally brought China into the WTO. During the 10 years, with the promotion of WTO and “openness and rules,” China has become the second largest economy in the world and has enjoyed win-win development with its international members in international trade, foreign investment and foreign investment. Behind the remarkable achievements of foreign trade that make the world attract attention are the strong support given by the improvement and progress of the rule of law in China. The accession to the WTO not only boosted the process of China’s reform and opening up, but also profoundly affected China’s legislation and administration of justice, promoted the construction of a government under the rule of law, and a group of specialized legal personnel gradually formed.
