Symptom: The EEPROM ERROR error message is displayed and the whole device is locked. Maintenance process: There are two types of error codes for the SP501 biochemical analyzer: one is a non-device failure, and the instrument is not locked after an error code; the other is a device failure, and the instrument is locked at the same time when an error code occurs. For the former, it is usually caused by an operation error or a deviation from the normal configuration parameters. In this case, only the cleaning is required.
