目的:观察应用曾氏太极针法配合抗疟药物与单纯西药治疗西非加纳小儿疟疾的临床疗效。方法:158例西非加纳共和国克里布教学医院就诊的疟疾患儿随机分为太极针法配合抗疟药物治疗组(观察组)87例和抗疟药物组(对照组)71例,对照组采用青蒿琥酯抗疟治疗,观察组采用曾氏太极针法配合药物(同对照组)治疗,疗程均为6 d。结果:治疗组总有效率为96.55%,对照组总有效率为76.06%,两组对比有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:应用曾氏太极针法配合抗疟药物治疗小儿疟疾的临床疗效优于单纯药物治疗。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Zeng’s Taiji acupuncture combined with antimalarial drugs and western medicine in treating pediatric malaria in Ghana, West Africa. Methods: One hundred and fifty-eight children with malaria who were treated at KIB teaching hospital in Ghana, Republic of Ghana were randomly divided into two groups: 87 cases treated with Taiji acupuncture combined with antimalarial drugs (observation group) and 71 cases with antimalarial drugs (control group) Artesunate anti-malarial treatment, the observation group was treated with Tsang Tai Chi needle method with the drug (with the control group) treatment, treatment was 6 d. Results: The total effective rate was 96.55% in the treatment group and 76.06% in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion: The clinical curative effect of applying Zeng’s Taiji acupuncture combined with antimalarial drugs in treating pediatric malaria is better than that of pure drug therapy.
