随着我国社会工作制度建设的深入,社会工作职业化、专业化程度不断发展,基层社会工作者队伍不断壮大,但基层社工队伍流动性大,职业意识和专业技能参差不齐的问题凸显。因此,在加强基层社工培训的基础上,要鼓励基层社工在实际工作中不断提升自己的职业意识和专业技能。本文是一篇基层社区工作者的来稿,它围绕社区居委会工作中的具体案例,初步探讨了社会工作职业意识、支持性技巧、激发案主潜能等方面的策略与方法,为基层社工职业发展提供了一些思路。
