有限元法应用于计算交变载荷下YC6108Q柴油机连杆的三向应力状态,这种应力状态具有多轮非同相(非比例)循环应力的特征,基于VonMiss屈服条件,引入Sines有效平均应力和有效应力幅的概念对连杆疲劳强度进行评估。同时通过疲劳试验对疲劳性能进行测试,计算评估和试验测试的一致性,使两方面的工作得到相互验证。
Finite element method is applied to calculate the three-way stress state of YC6108Q diesel engine connecting rod under alternating load. The state of stress has many non-phase (non-proportional) cyclic stress characteristics. Based on the Von Miss yield condition, the effective average stress of Sines is introduced The stress amplitude concept evaluates the link fatigue strength. At the same time, the fatigue performance is tested through fatigue test, the consistency between evaluation and test test is calculated, and the work on both sides is verified mutually.
