1.乙型脑炎病毒(减毒株)免疫原性的测定:乙脑病毒SA14-14-ZHK 7减毒株为乙脑活毒疫苗的选育株,在正常小鼠体内可产生符合规定的免疫原性(ID 50),而在胸腺缺少或胸腺发育不良的生物个体免疫原性如何,对于今后现场使用具有参考价值。实验所得结果见表 20,以BALB/C(+/+)小鼠为对照。以上结果说明,乙脑病毒感染后所产生的免疫力,主要属于细胞免疫,如使T淋巴细胞缺陷的裸鼠体内产生与免疫功能正常小鼠同等水平的免疫力,必需加大40倍的免疫剂量,才能达到。也说明裸鼠体内还存在着残余的T淋巴细胞。由此推论,在现场人群中产生抗体水平较低者,其T细胞功能是否缺陷,应作为因素之一加以探讨。
