随着市场经济和竞争行为的惯性运动,目前征稽人员的思想空前活跃,出现了一些新的动向和深层次的问题。比如:如何处理以人为本和两极分化的关系;如何处理构建和谐社会与“等级观念”的关系;如何处理“理”与“利”的关系等等。这些矛盾的存在,给思想政治工作者提出了一个不容回避和应引起深思的问题,我们应如何面对职工实际,探索出易于被职工接受,更具有吸引力、感召力和说服力的思想政治教育新方法。笔者认为,做好新形势下征稽人员的思想政治工作应处理好四种关系。
With the inertia of the market economy and competitive behavior, the current thinking of staff and workers is unprecedentedly active, and some new trends and deep-seated problems have emerged. For example: how to handle the relationship between people-oriented and polarization; how to deal with the relationship between building a harmonious society and “hierarchy”; how to handle the relationship between “reason” and “benefit” and so on. The existence of these contradictions has raised a question that can not be avoided and should be thought-provoking for the ideological and political workers. How should we face the realities of the staff and workers, and explore the ideological and political ways that are easily accepted by the staff, more attractive, charismatic and persuasive? New way of education. The author believes that under the new situation, the ideological and political work of Zheng-Hui staff should handle well the four kinds of relations.
