随着市场经济和竞争行为的惯性运动,目前征稽人员的思想空前活跃,出现了一些新的动向和深层次的问题。比如:如何处理以人为本和两极分化的关系;如何处理构建和谐社会与“等级观念”的关系;如何处理“理”与“利”的关系等等。这些矛盾的存在,给思想政治工作者提出了一个不容回避和应引起深思的问题,我们应如何面对职工实际,探索出易于被职工接受,更具有吸引力、感召力和说服力的思想政治教育新方法。笔者认为,做好新形势下征稽人员的思想政治工作应处理好四种关系。 With the inertia of the market economy and competitive behavior, the current thinking of staff and workers is unprecedentedly active, and some new trends and deep-seated problems have emerged.
