目的研究复明片对视网膜脱离时及复位后Müller细胞神经胶质纤维酸性蛋白(GFAP)表达的影响。方法将48只家兔随机分为4组,每组12只,用视网膜下腔注射透明质酸钠的方法建立视网膜脱离动物模型,10~14天后视网膜自动复位。正常组、模型组予生理盐水,西药组予西药混合溶液,复明片组予复明片混悬液灌胃,分别观察术后1周、3周视网膜Müller细胞GFAP表达情况。结果术后1周、3周复明片组GFAP染色OD值均较相同时间点模型组及西药组显著降低(P<0.01)。结论复明片能抑制Müller细胞对损伤的过度反应,减少GFAP表达的量及范围,起到保存视细胞再生与恢复所需空间,保护正常的视网膜组织形态结构的作用,从而促进网膜复位后视功能恢复。
Objective To investigate the effect of Fuming Tablets on the expression of glial fibrillary acidic protein (GFAP) in retinal detachment and postreduction of Müller cells. Methods Forty-eight rabbits were randomly divided into 4 groups, 12 in each group. The retinal detachment animal model was established by sub-retinal injection of sodium hyaluronate. The retina was automatically repositioned 10 to 14 days later. The normal group and model group were given normal saline, western medicine group was given western medicine solution, and Fuming tablet group was given Fumingming tablet suspension by gavage. The expression of GFAP in Müller cells was observed at 1 week and 3 weeks after operation. Results The OD value of GFAP staining in Fuming Tablets at 1 week and 3 weeks after operation was significantly lower than that at the same time point in the model group and the western medicine group (P<0.01). Conclusion Fuming Tablets can inhibit the overreaction of Müller cells to injury, reduce the amount and scope of GFAP expression, preserve the space required for the regeneration and recovery of visual cells, and protect the normal morphological structure of retinal tissues, thereby promoting the retina after retinal reset. Functional recovery.
