根据GB/T27025-2008/ISO/IEC 17025:2005《检测和校准实验室能力的通用要求》和《实验室资质认定评审准则》的要求,结合杭州地区疾控机构的实际情况,分析讨论了检测实验室对质量监督的认识误区,以及监督实施过程中存在的一些问题。为了充分调动质量监督员的积极性和主动性,进一步提高检测实验室质量监督工作的有效性,本文从人才培养、职责权利、信息交流、制度建设等方面论述了提升质量监督工作的方法和途径。
According to the requirements of GB / T27025-2008 / ISO / IEC 17025: 2005 “General Requirements for Testing and Calibration Laboratory Capabilities” and “Laboratory Accreditation Criteria”, combined with the actual situation of CDC in Hangzhou area, Laboratory misconceptions about the quality supervision, as well as some problems in the process of supervision and implementation. In order to fully mobilize the enthusiasm and initiative of the quality supervisor and further improve the effectiveness of the quality supervision in the testing laboratory, this article discusses ways and means to enhance the quality supervision from the aspects of personnel training, responsibilities and rights, information exchange and system construction.
