在工业自动化领域,采用菊花链拓扑结构的实时以太网得到了较为广泛的应用.在这种结构上,应用时间槽调度实时协议会由于数据交换次数的增多、延迟增大带来较为严重的效率问题.文章在分析其效率问题产生根源的基础上,提出一种高效实时协议.该协议能够充分利用实时以太网的全双工特性,减小数据交换延迟的影响.理论分析和实验结果证明,此协议能有效利用带宽,对通信效率有较大的改善.为采用菊花链拓扑结构的实时以太网,在工业领域的应用提供了更好的支持.
In the field of industrial automation, real-time Ethernet using daisy chain topology has been more widely used.In this structure, the application of time slot scheduling real-time protocol will increase the number of data exchange, the delay increases to bring more serious efficiency Problem.After analyzing the root causes of its efficiency problems, this paper proposes a high-efficient real-time protocol that can make full use of the full-duplex nature of real-time Ethernet to reduce the impact of data exchange delay.Theoretical analysis and experimental results show that, This protocol can effectively utilize the bandwidth and greatly improve the communication efficiency, and provides better support for industrial applications in real-time Ethernet using a daisy-chain topology.
