The construction of a learning-oriented Marxist party is a major strategic task put forward by the Party Central Committee. It is the demand for the sustained development of the cause of our Party and the decisive factor for the party to always stand in the forefront of the times and lead the development and progress of China. As the party’s grass-roots organizations - the branches of enterprises must strive to become a learning party organization, in order to better unity and lead all staff to successfully complete the work objectives, give full play to the role of the party branch fighting fortress.
