目的:探讨应用高速涡轮牙钻拔除下颌阻生智齿的临床效果。方法:将125例下颌阻生智齿随机分为两组:A组采用高速涡轮牙钻去除阻力,切割牙冠或分开牙根,再挺出剩余牙体。B组采用传统的骨凿去骨、劈冠、分根,分别挺出牙体的方法。结果:应用高速涡轮牙钻拔除下颌阻生智齿较传统凿骨法可明显缩短手术时间,减轻术后并发症,有效预防牙科恐惧症的产生。结论:应用高速涡轮牙钻拔除下颌阻生智齿与传统凿骨法相比,手术时间短,创伤小,适宜在临床推广使用。
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of high-speed turbine dental extraction of mandibular impacted wisdom teeth. Methods: 125 cases of impacted mandibular wisdom teeth were randomly divided into two groups: group A was treated with high-speed turbine tooth drill to remove the resistance, cut the crown or separate the root, and then leave the remaining teeth. B group using the traditional bone chisel bone, split crown, root, respectively, out of the tooth method. Results: The application of high-speed turbine tooth extraction in the mandibular impacted wisdom teeth compared with the traditional chisel method can significantly shorten the operation time, reduce postoperative complications and effectively prevent dental phobia. Conclusion: The application of high-speed turbine tooth extraction in removing mandibular impacted wisdom teeth has shorter operation time and less trauma than traditional chisel method, and is suitable for clinical application.
