奥利金在《论首要原理》第三卷中对自由意志的论述,被认为是奥古斯丁之前古代世界对自由意志问题最系统、最深刻的阐述。本文试图从“形质论”的角度出发,对奥利金的自由意志学说进行全面探讨。文章认为,奥利金用自由意志取代人的自然本性,用基督教的上帝取代人的自然目的,从根本上颠覆了古代哲学的形质论传统,从而塑造了一种新的人性论和宇宙论观念。后者反过来将催生一种“私人化宗教”的需求,不断从内部瓦解古代宗教和政治的合法性。
Oliverin’s discourse of free will in Volume Three of “On the primacy of principle” is considered to be the most systematic and profound exposition of the free world by the ancient world before Augustine. This article attempts to make a comprehensive discussion on the theory of free will of Oliver Kin from the perspective of “theory of form”. The article holds that Oliver uses the free will to replace man’s natural nature and replaces the man’s natural purpose with the Christian God and fundamentally subverts the traditional philosophy of nature and thus shapes a new theory of human nature and cosmology . The latter, in turn, will create the need for a “private religion” that will continue to disrupt the legitimacy of ancient religions and politics internally.
