2012年11月9日,国家统计局发布了2012年1～10月份重要经济统计数据,其中引人注目的是,房地产开发企业土地购置面积27659万平方米,同比下降18.0%,降幅比1～9月份扩大1.5个百分点;土地成交价款5762亿元,下降11.8%,降幅扩大0.8个百分点。这一组数字告诉我们,中国房地产开发景气度下降的趋势不仅未能改变,且仍在继续扩大。
On November 9, 2012, the National Bureau of Statistics of China released the important economic statistics from January to October 2012. Among which, the area of land acquisition by real estate development enterprises was 276.59 million square meters, down 18.0% from the same period of last year, a decrease of 1% September 1.5 percentage points increase; land transaction price of 576.2 billion yuan, down 11.8%, an increase of 0.8 percentage points decline. This set of figures tells us that the downward trend in China’s real estate development boom has not only failed to change, and continues to expand.
