车型:2014年凯迪拉克XTS,配置2.0T发动机。VIN:LSGGH55L3ES××××××。行驶里程:81506km。故障现象:客户反映车身后部塌下来了,感觉后避震的高度有问题所以进厂维修,如图1所示。故障诊断:接车后经初步检查,疑似空气悬架无法正常启动。技师连接故障诊断仪,进入空气悬架系统读取故障码为:C0712车辆调平控制压缩机继电器电路高输入,如图2所示。
