本文采用化学成分分析、显微组织分析以及力学性能分析等方法对某厂的失效翘片管进行综合分析。结果表明,高温性能有较多的下降和组织裂化严重。建议企业局部更新,避免非一切正常情况发生。
In this paper, the chemical composition analysis, microstructure analysis and mechanical properties analysis methods such as failure of a factory Alice tube comprehensive analysis. The results show that there are more high temperature performance and organizational cracking serious. It is suggested that enterprises should be partially updated to avoid all non-normal occurrences.
