一个运动技能单元教学过程是体育教学过程的基本结构单位,是教学进度备课的基本单位,而一节课则是构成单元的细胞,是具体实施教学的单位。因此,备课必须落实到每一节课。这原本是一个天经地义地教学职责,但目前,在体育常态课教学中,有哪一个教师是带着教案上课的?有多少教师忠实地履行着教学设计中的步骤?有多少教师课前认真准备教案,反复钻研教材、教法?有多少教师课后能总结课堂的得失来修正教案设计的不足?回答是没有,或者是少数的。
