采用微波预处理技术,以提高传统热水提取对麻竹叶中多糖的提取率。以粗多糖的提取率为指标,考察了微波功率、预处理时间以及预处理溶剂浓度对多糖提取率的影响,并通过正交实验确定了预处理后热水提取的工艺条件。结果表明,采用体积分数为60%的乙醇-水溶液,在微波功率440W的条件下辐照90s之后,加入25mL(以每克原料计)温度为80℃的热水提取2次,每次1h的条件下,粗多糖的提取率为0.74%,与传统的热水提取工艺相比,提取率提高了13.8%。
Using microwave pretreatment technology, in order to improve the extraction of traditional hot water extraction of polysaccharides in leaves. The effects of microwave power, pretreatment time and concentration of pretreatment solvent on the extraction rate of polysaccharide were investigated with the extraction rate of crude polysaccharide as an index. The technological conditions of hot water extraction after pretreatment were determined by orthogonal experiments. The results showed that after the solution was irradiated for 90s with the microwave power of 440W under the condition of 60% ethanol-water solution, 25mL hot water with the temperature of 80 ℃ (per gram of raw material) Under the conditions, the crude polysaccharide extraction rate was 0.74%, compared with the traditional hot water extraction process, the extraction rate increased by 13.8%.
