目的:研究服用宝丹酮(Boldenone,B)后人尿中代谢产物的排泄规律。方法:采用同位素比质谱对尿中B及其代谢物(BM)进行检测规律研究。征集4名志愿者。口服40 mg B,并于服药后46小时内收集10份尿样。测定尿样中代谢物的同位素比。结果:服药后尿样中B及其主要代谢物BM的同位素比提示尿样为阳性。结论:B和BM是同位素比质谱检测兴奋剂B的特征性物质。
Objective: To study the excretion of metabolites in human urine after taking Boldenone (B). Methods: The isotope ratio of mass spectrometry for urinary B and its metabolites (BM) detection rules. Collect 4 volunteers. Oral 40 mg B, and 10 urine samples were collected within 46 hours after taking the drug. Determination of metabolites in urine samples isotope ratio. RESULTS: The isotope ratio of B and its major metabolite BM in urine samples after taking the drug suggested urine samples were positive. Conclusion: B and BM are characteristic substances for isotope ratio detection of stimulant B in mass spectrometry.
